Each individual is unique and everybody’s circumstances differ. We do not tie you to a set number of sessions. We believe you know when you have achieved the outcome you want, so we work with you session by session.

  • How long does each session last for?
    Our therapy sessions are 50 minutes.
  • How often should I have a therapy session?
    We recommend seeing your therapist once a week for a minimum of 6 weeks. This helps build a relationship between you and your counsellor and create an understanding of the issues that need to be addressed.
  • What type of therapy is offered?
    We work with a wide range of modalities including client centred therapy, solution focused, CBT and psychotherapy.
