All of our therapists adhere to a professional ethical framework such as BACP, NCS or UKCP. We hold strict values around confidentiality and GDPR, all of our members hold registration with the Information Commissioner’s office.
Counselling and psychotherapy can only be effective when confidentially and trust are respected. All counsellors use their skills to work with the client’s own strengths and resources within the boundaries of the therapeutic relationship to get the most out of the time spent together and meet your outcomes.
Diane Stevens works closely with the associates to maintain high standards of professionalism whether face to face, telephone or video sessions.
